Job Description:
As a Senior Partnership Manager, you’ll take the lead in building long-term relationships with key partners such as tech platforms, resellers, agencies, and channel partners. You’ll shape our partnership strategy from the ground up and work closely with leadership to identify high-impact opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of business development, relationship management, and strategic planning—and who’s excited about forging an ecosystem around a rapidly growing AI product.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and own Talonic’s partnership strategy.
- Identify, assess, and prioritize new partnership opportunities across multiple channels.
- Build strong relationships with tech partners, platforms, agencies, and relevant communities.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and frameworks that drive long-term value.
- Work closely with product and engineering to align integrations and co-build opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing on co-branded campaigns, events, and partner enablement.
- Manage the full partnership lifecycle, from onboarding to ongoing development.
- Track partner performance and report on revenue impact and pipeline contribution.
- Represent Talonic at events to expand our network and explore new partnership angles.
Qualifications:
- Several years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances.
- Proven record in building and scaling successful partnership programs (bonus if in SaaS or AI).
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder relationships.
- Understanding of SaaS, B2B ecosystems, and emerging AI trends.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced start-up environment.
- Ability to think strategically while executing hands-on work when needed.
- Fluent in English, German is a big plus.
- Experience with CRM tools and partnership management workflows.
