Job Description

As a Freelance Product Designer at Talonic, you’ll shape how users interact with our AI-driven SaaS platform. You’ll turn complex technical workflows into simple, intuitive experiences and help build a consistent visual language across our product.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys designing clean interfaces, understands user behaviour, and feels at home in fast-moving start-up environments.

You’ll work closely with product and engineering teams, contribute to our design system, and help define how Talonic presents itself across product and business touchpoints.

What you’ll do

• Design user-friendly, visually clear interfaces for our AI-powered B2B SaaS platform
• Translate ideas and requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Conduct user research, gather feedback, and run usability tests
• Contribute to the development of our design system and brand identity
• Support the business team with occasional graphic design needs

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience designing for B2B SaaS products
• Strong skills in Figma; additional design tools are a plus
• Ability to run user research and transform insights into product decisions
• A collaborative mindset and clear communication
• Must be based in Europe; being in Berlin is a strong plus for hybrid collaboration

• Experience designing for AI tools or platforms
• Graphic design skills for marketing or business assets
• Background working in early-stage start-ups
